Instructions for Carry-on Baggage
For the safety of you, the other passengers, and crew members,
please store your carry-on baggage on the baggage rack above your seat or below the front seat.
Passengers sitting near emergency exits (including overwing emergency exits and the first row of the cabin) must store their baggage on the baggage racks above their seats to ensure that their baggage does not hinder passengers from evacuating in case of emergency.
We will check your carry-on baggage before check-in and boarding. Overweight carry-on baggage must be checked in at the time of check-in. Before boarding, your carry-on baggage exceeding the limitation must be placed in the cargo hold. If the weight of the above-mentioned baggage, together with the checked baggage exceeds the limitation, passengers will be required to pay an excess baggage charge.
Juneyao Air has the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether your baggage is carry-on or checked in, with reference to your safety or the safety or comfort of other passengers.
General Regulations on Carry-on Baggage
1. Passengers holding Business Class or First Class tickets may carry two pieces of non-checked baggage per person; each economy class passenger is allowed to carry one piece of non-checked baggage.
2. Passengers shall carry liquid items (liquid, gel, aerosol) in containers with a volume of no more than 100 ml. Containers with a volume exceeding 100 ml, even if they are not filled with liquid, are not allowed to be carried on and shall be checked in.
3. Infant milk powder/milk/breast milk (travelling with infants), and liquid drugs necessary for patients with diabetes or other patients shall go through the security check and show their certificates to the security personnel.
