User Registration Agreement

1. Juneyao Air Club is a frequent flyer incentive plan managed and operated by Juneyao Airlines Co. Ltd.

2. Juneyao Air Club will not accept any applications from any corporate or non corporate bodies. Except as provided for the Family Bonus Point Account, this Club will not accept any joint application from several persons or multiple applications from one person.

3. By completing the Membership Application Form, it shall be deemed that the traveller has consented to and will adhere to the provisions and requirements with respect to the bonus point accumulation activities of Juneyao Air Club and any possible subsequent changes or supplementary provisions.

4. The personal information provided shall be detailed and accurate; if it’s incomplete or inaccurate, the applicant may not enjoy the membership or any favorable treatment of this Club.

5. In case of any change in the mailing address, the member shall take the initiative to inform Juneyao Air Club. This Club shall be in no way responsible for any mails lost, delayed or outdated due to any address error.   

6. Juneyao Air Club shall be in no way responsible for the theft of any bonus points that arises as a result of the loss of the bonus point account password due to any reasons attributable to the member.

7. The bonus points of the Juneyao Air Club may not be translated into cash. Except as provided by the family Bonus Point Account, the bonus points of a member shall not be assigned or combined, and any taxes/charges (e.g. fuel surcharge, airport construction fee) levied on any award according to any government regulations shall be borne by the member himself/herself. 

8. If a member provides any false or wrong information or has any such improper conduct as determined by Juneyao Airlines that violates the regulations of Juneyao Airlines, other cooperative partners of this Plan or other airlines, Juneyao Airlines shall take one or several of the following legal actions, as appropriate:

(1)Requiring such member to indemnify against any losses;

(2)Terminating the membership of such member;

(3)Canceling any bonus points that have been accumulated;

(4)Such member shall pay in full the fare for the economic or first class of the flight he has taken as well as any relevant lawyer’s fees and litigation fees;

9. The effective date or expiry date as contained in the regulations of the Juneyao Air Club shall be subject to Beijing local time.

10. Juneyao Air Club shall reserve the right to modify or terminate its Bonus Point Accumulation Incentive Plan and shall have the ownership of all the membership cards.

11. In case of any force majeure events (geological disaster, etc.), attacks by computer hackers, system failure, communication failure, network congestion, power system failure, computer virus, malware attacks or other situation not for reasons attributable to Juneyao Airlines, Juneyao Airlines shall in no way be liable. 

12. If Juneyao Airlines discovers any conduct that may have an effect on a member’s account or information security, Juneyao Airlines shall have the right to protect such member’s account. When necessary, such member’s identity shall be authenticated again before such member may continue to use the account.

13. If you use any bonus points to buy a third party‘s products or services ,but such products or services are not acceptable due to any reasons attributable to such a third party, you are requested to contact Juneyao Airlines immediately, which will assist you in recovering such bonus points. However, as such purchase has been made under your authorization, Juneyao Airlines cannot guarantee that such recovery will be successful.

14. Juneyao Air Club needs to collect, keep and manage the personal information necessary for the members and membership business and such personal information shall be used only for the bonus point accumulation, translation and the operation and management of the information as well as for the provision of services and information to the members. If a member fails to provide such information or the information provided is incomplete, he/she may not enjoy the membership or any favorable treatment of this Club.

15. All personal information shall be managed according to the Privacy Policy of Juneyao Airlines.

16. In case of any conflict between these regulations and local government regulations, the local government regulations shall prevail.

17. In case of any difference between the Chinese version and other language versions of these regulations, the Chinese version shall control

18. Part of the provisions of these regulations may not been updated in time, either due to version or print. The latest regulations shall be subject to those published on the website of Juneyao Airlines (www.juneyaoair.com).

19. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the membership shall be governed by the People’s Court of Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
