1. Points earned on partner airline flights will be credited to the member's account within calendar days after the completion of travel.

2. Points earned on partner airlines are considered bonus points and do not count toward premier membership qualification.

3. The number of points earned on partner airlines is based on the itinerary, booking class, and the specific partner airline. The exact amount of points for a specific route can be queried using the Points Calculator.

4. If points from a partner airline flight are not credited successfully, please contact customer service center at +86-21-95520 to submit a retroactive claim no later than 10 calendar days after the flight date.

5. To submit a retroactive claim, please email the following details to ffp@juneyaoair.com: passenger name, valid ID number, flight date(s), itinerary/routing (or boarding pass), and the electronic ticket receipt (e-ticket).

6. Retroactive claims will not be processed for flights taken outside the validity period.
