• Members who earn status points or status flight segments that meet the above standard during consecutive statistical periods can be upgraded or renewed as Premier members.
• Status points and status flight segments refer to the number of points and flight segments obtained by members who take flights actually operated by Juneyao Airlines with HO code and select designated cabins.
• Membership upgrade: members who earn points or flight segments that meet the above standard within 12 consecutive natural months can be upgraded to Premier members. Upgrade standard statistical period: 12 consecutive and complete natural months from the first day of current month to the end of the current month.
• Membership renewal and downgrade: Premier members can be upgraded to Premier members if they get status points or status flight segments that meet the above standard within 12 months before the card expiration date. Otherwise, they will be downgraded. For example, a member's gold card is valid until June 5, 2022, and the standard statistical period for renewal is from June 5, 2021 to June 5, 2022.
• Validity period of membership level: premier membership level is valid for 12 months. For example, if a member meets the gold card standard on June 15, 2022, the validity period of the gold card is from June 15, 2022 to June 15, 2023.
• The aforesaid rules do not apply to matching VIP cards for members through marketing activities and other means. The specific validity period, upgrade, renewal, and downgrade standards will be executed according to the activity rules.
• Premier members should keep their VIP cards properly and present them proactively at each service link. Premier members can also use Juneyao Airlines' APP or follow Juneyao Airlines' WeChat official account, bind their member accounts, and present their electronic membership cards to ensure that they can enjoy the additional member benefits smoothly.
• When enjoying VIP lounge service, passengers must present their VIP card and their own ticket or boarding pass for the Juneyao flight for the same day. Fellow passengers must board the same flight of Juneyao Airlines or the flight actually operated by Juneyao Airlines on the same day as Premier members.
• The VIP lounge service will be adjusted according to the actual business of each airport on that day.
• Weight system is adopted for baggage allowance on domestic routes, while piecework system is used for baggage allowance on international (regional) routes.
• Exclusive VIP car benefits may not be available on certain sites due to airport conditions or service capacity limitations.
• The extra free baggage allowance for each VIP member in the Chinese mainland flight segment that constitutes international (or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) transportation shall be calculated according to the applicable extra free baggage allowance for international (or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) routes.
• The Premier Member benefits enjoyed by Juneyao Airlines Jingyi gold card holders are the same as those enjoyed by Juneyao Airlines gold card members.
• The Premier Member benefits enjoyed by Juneyao Airlines Jingyi silver card holders are the same as those enjoyed by Juneyao Airlines silver card members.
