Boarding wheelchair: Passengers who are physically suitable for flight, can’t get on and off the aircraft but can walk back to their seats in the cabin. Onboard wheelchair: Passengers with medical conditions and disabilities who are physically suitable for flight, but are unable to walk in the cabin.
Onboard/Boarding wheelchair: Turnover and non-stop flights actually operated by Juneyao Airlines Ground wheelchair: Flights actually operated by Juneyao Airlines.
Fare equivalent to that of a general passenger
Onboard wheelchair: ID card, passport, relevant medical certificate, etc. Boarding/ground wheelchair: ID card, passport, etc.

(1) Requests for in-flight or boarding wheelchair service must be submitted at least 48 hours before flight departure.
(2) If your flight is adjusted or your ticket is changed/refunded, the previously requested service will be automatically cancelled; if the updated ticket meets the requirements for request, please request again.
Onboard wheelchair: A Medical Certificate is required
(1) Passengers with medical conditions whose departure of flight is within China shall issue a medical certificate 96 hours before taking the flight, and the medical certificate shall be stamped by a secondary or higher-level hospital (including a secondary-level hospital or a medical institution of equivalent level) and signed by a doctor.
(2) Passengers with severe conditions shall sign a medical certificate within 48 hours before taking the flight.
(3) Passengers with severe conditions (cardiovascular disease, cancer, acute trauma, etc.) shall sign a medical certificate within 24 hours before taking the flight.
