Please note that these processes are absolutely necessary, and if you do not provide the required information, we will be unable to offer services under Juneyao Air' general transportation conditions.

We may invite you to use facial recognition features, collecting and using your facial recognition information to enhance account security, prevent data leaks, or theft of points. Please note that this data processing is for expanding and optimizing features, and you have the right to refuse the use of facial recognition features.

We will process your payment information, including bank card numbers and third-party payment platform accounts, to verify payment information and conduct risk control checks on the payment process. Please note that these processes are absolutely necessary, and if you do not provide the required information, we will be unable to offer services under Juneyao Air' general transportation conditions.

If you purchase, book, or use our services for children under 14 years of age, we may process the personal information of minors. Please refer to our Children's Privacy Policy for rules on handling children's personal information.

II. Purposes of Sharing or Transmitting Your Sensitive Personal Information

When you or passengers purchasing services on your behalf buy or use our international flight services or services not provided by Juneyao Air, your information may be shared abroad. Specifically, for the following purposes, we may transmit your personal information abroad:

When you book our international flights to specific countries or regions, to comply with international treaties and agreements such as the Chicago Convention and local legal compliance requirements, we will use international air transport association standard messages to provide your information to overseas customs and immigration authorities for security purposes.

When you book our international flights, we will provide your information to overseas branches to fulfill the necessary services of local branches. Please note that this processing is absolutely necessary for fulfilling the contract (general transportation conditions) between the airline and you. Our overseas branches will arrange essential services such as locating baggage, arranging airline meals, checking boarding status, broadcasting announcements, etc. If you refuse to provide information, we may be unable to complete services such as boarding and lost baggage search.

When you book our international flights, we will provide your information to overseas ground agents to complete aviation ground services. Please note that this processing is absolutely necessary for fulfilling the contract (general transportation conditions) between the airline and you. We have ground agents at airports in each departure and destination city, and obtaining your information is to verify your identity, arrange printing of boarding passes, verify boarding, and handle baggage check-in, among other ground services. If you refuse to provide information to ground agents, you will be unable to use our services.

When you book our international flights, we may provide your information to the airline alliance we participate in, such as the Star Alliance. This is done to arrange services such as point earning, redemption, or mileage supplementation for you. For this service, you can choose to provide or not provide information. Not providing information means you do not wish to use point earning, redemption, or mileage supplementation services.

When you choose to purchase connecting, interline, code-sharing flights, or joint venture flights, your frequent flyer information may be exchanged with cooperating airlines for point earning or redemption. For this service, you can choose to provide or not provide information. Not providing information means you do not wish to use point earning or redemption.

Providing your personal information to third-party service providers or partner companies. Specifically, when ordering our products or services, we will prompt you on the page that these third-party company services are not provided by Juneyao Air. You can choose whether to agree to continue using the products or services provided by these third parties.

When you choose to agree to us providing your information to third parties, we will provide information according to your request.

III. How to Protect Passenger Sensitive Personal Information

We use strict technical means and organizational measures to safeguard the personal information we collect.

We define and categorize sensitive personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Organizationally, we have appointed a person in charge of personal information protection to organize, lead, and supervise the company's personal information protection work.

We use measures such as permission control to limit access and operation permissions to what is necessary. Additionally, we use encryption, de-identification, and other methods to protect passenger sensitive personal information.

We strictly control the storage period of passenger personal information. Upon expiration and if no other processing is necessary (such as legal requirements), we will delete or anonymize the information.
