Notice on waiver of refund charges for Juneyao Air flights

Dear passengers,

Regarding the current situation, Juneyao Air has updated the refund rules as below:

Applicable conditions

• Tickets booked and issued prior to 28 January, 2020 with travel date after 28 January, 2020 (included) shall be refunded at no charge. Additionally, passengers need apply for refund before the flight departure.
• Provisions are applicable on flights operated by Juneyao Air or Juneyao Air code-share flights, with 13-digit ticket number starting with 018.

Passengers requesting refund may contact:

• Original ticket purchase channels (travel agency, agent, OTA platforms such as Trip.com, Expedia.and Skyscanner)
• Juneyao Air 24-hour customer service hotline 021-95520
• Juneyao Air ’official WeChat (ho-air), WeChat mini-program, the“ Quick Ticket Refund ”function on Juneyao Air mobile APP or transfer through the“ Manual Customer Service ”function of the above channel

Reminder

• From 00:00 on January 28, 2020, passengers who have previously purchased Juneyao Air tickets and travel date of tickets is after 28 January, 2020 (included) must apply for a refund before the flight departures.

• Passengers should cancel their check-in through the original check-in channel prior to the refund.

• We will set up monitor the body temperature of all passengers prior to departure due to the current situation.
