Waiver on Re-route fees for Juneyao Air Finland-China flights and Dual-Test guidelines

Dear passengers,

According to the latest information, passengers transiting via Helsinki Vantaa Airport to take Juneyao Air Finland to China flights shall have Dual-Negative Test certificates prior to departure, which includes Nucleic Acid Test and Serological Specificity lgM Antibody Test. Thus, Juneyao Air offers free re-route policy on Finland-China routes, in case passengers are unable to catch the Dual-Tests, and relevant information regarding the tests.

PART I - Dual-Tests Guidelines

1. Q: Who can make reservations for Dual-Tests?

A: Chinese and non-Chinese passengers transiting via Helsinki Vantaa Airport to take Juneyao Air Finland to China flights.

1. Q: How to make a reservation?

A: Chinese and non-Chinese passengers need to make reservations at least one week prior to departure.

EXCEPT:

1. Passengers taking HO1608 on Nov 08^th can go directly to the test site without reservation.
2. Passengers taking HO1666 on Nov 09^th should make reservations two days prior to departure.

*Since the reservation center is very busy now, if your call is not answered, please follow the below steps to make a reservation. The reservation center will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

Step 1：Please download the application form from the website below, fill in the information and sign your name.

Step 2：Follow the page guide and finish the payment.

Step 3：Send the application form and your payment detail to e-mail: test.helairport@outlook.com. If you choose Alipay, please attach your Alipay username in your email. Please name your email title in the form of “Departure date, Name” format, e.g. “November 9, San Zhang”. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation from the testing agency after confirmation.

1. Q: Do passengers need to pay for the Dual-Tests?

A: Passengers should pay for the Dual-Tests. Payment should be made when making reservations.

1. Q: When and Where will the Dual-Tests be launched?

   A: Please proceed to Test Reception at 50A-M Smartwings for both the tests and collection of the test report.

         The opening time for the Dual-Tests can be found in the below table. Please follow the reservation schedule strictly for sampling.

You can choose either section 1 of section 2 for the sampling of the tests. Please follow the reservation schedule strictly for sampling. Please keep social distance when waiting for the tests and take self-protect measures.

1. Q: How to declare personal health status after report collection?

A: With the special permission from the Embassy of China in Finland, once transiting passengers have acquired the Dual - Negative Tests Certificates, they could simply board the flight after the our ground staff finish checking the certificates.

1. Q: When to arrive at the boarding gate?

A: Please arrive at the boarding gate four hours prior to the departure time for on-site body temperature check and documents check.

6.  Q: Where to get boarding pass for transit passengers if not printed before?

A: Please proceed to the boarding gate two hours prior to the departure time to print boarding pass if not printed before.

PART II - Instructions for Waiver on Re-route fees for Juneyao Air Finland-China flights

  Q: What services Juneyao Air offers to passengers affected by Dual - Tests?

A: Juneyao Air is now exempting change fees on tickets satisfying following conditions:

• Tickets issued prior to 0:00 AM on Nov 2nd , 2020
• Departure time of first segment on itinerary being after 6:00 AM on Nov 7th , 2020
• Tickets number starting with 018
• Transit itinerary with the flight to China operated by Juneyao Air

1. Q: How can passengers change their tickets?

A: Passengers holding above tickets should change their tickets following the below requirements:

1. Change the flight operated by Finnair within EU:

1. change to flights operated by Finnair and dated prior to previous departure date;
2. scheduled arrival time of the exchanged flight shall be no later than 23:59 with one day prior to the connecting Juneyao Air flight

1. Change the flight operated by Juneyao Air to China:

re-route the destination from Shanghai to Zhengzhou, and vice versa.

1. Q: When should I submit re-route request?

A: Passengers shall submit flight change applications 24 hours prior to the departure time of the first segment on the itinerary.

A: Passengers can get ticket re-route via ticketing agencies or Juneyao Air official customer service at +86-21-95520.
